This apartment is 60 square meters and is composed of one bedroom, a living room, an open kitchen, one bathroom and a balcony with view to the sea and the city.

It is fully equipped with autonomous heating, air conditioning in all rooms, a kitchen with furnishings, a queen size bed 160×200, a sofa-bed able to accommodate 2 guests, a spacious closet, a laptop desk, a table-bar with stools for food, a shower cabin, a heated towel hanger, a smart TV – Netflix, a safe box, an iron and an ironing board, a hair dryer, sub allergic mattresses and pillows. The apartment is entirely isolated with wooden double glass window frames. Coffee capsules are offered for free for the existing coffee machine together with sugar, milk, cookies as well as personal hygiene goods such as shampoo (hair / body / conditioner).
In the apartment you will find guides with the owners’ personal preferences in cafes, bars, restaurants as well as a 36-hour visitor program.

Extra cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels is offered for 20 €.
